With a sound intention to work on “No Profit , No loss basis” , we use to shield , enhance , initiate, groom the use of Herbs in every form , that can be in raw / crude & processed form which includes of leaves , bark , root , stem flower , whole , ground , seeds , extracts , concentrates , essential , oil , herbal oil , herbal (Ayurvedic) medicines , herbal cosmetics , herbal food & food products , Natural gums & resins , seeds & planning material & other herbal including culinary herbs on the basis of above intention mentioned. Apart from our role as a matchmaker for Industry , our prime objective is as below :

• Promoting the export of herbs in crude or processed form by encouraging, promoting, processing, units, industries or other methods.
  
  
• Providing assistance to farmers by making them available with cultivation practices, seeds, seedlings & other necessary agricultural inputs & aromatic plantation.
   
• Establishing & setting up various research institutions , Centers , laboratories, For farmers for improving the quality of Herbs & production for exports.
  
  
• Developing Techniques of Hybrid breeding , mutation crops & promote Contract breeding & contract farming, so as to judgments the production of Improved & nutritional crop of herbs & herbals in India.
   
• Conducting Propaganda , regularly , continuously , So , as to bring to the notices of the traders , dealers, & the public notices in the foreign countries . The advantages of trade & commerce with India in Herbs & Herbal products.
   
• Collecting the statistics & other information regarding the production , trade , or ultimate use of Herbs & Herbals from various countries, for which various representatives , Agents , or correspondents in overseas market for the purpose of continuously & regularly reporting the prices , market preferences , reception accorded to Herbs & herbals , And the quality of allied products .
  
  
• Propagating the information useful to farmers , cultivators , traders , processors of Herbs & herbal by Lectures , discussions , books , seminars , conference & correspondence or otherwise.
   
• Also acting as an arbitrator or nominate arbitrators or valuers in the settlement of disputes differences arising out of transaction relating to export of herbs & herbal allied products between parties who agree to refer the disputes to the disputes to the company.
  
  
• Having constant communications with Chamber of commerce or other mercantile & public bodies throughout the world with a view to taking appropriate & necessary measures to maintaining & increasing export of herbs & herbals .
   
• Enunciating just and equitable principles to govern the track in herbs & herbals allied products & to set up a code or codes of practices for the general guidance of traders , manufacturers & exporters of outreached goods further to simplify transactions relating to export of said goods.
  
  
• Keep on constant communication with Chambers of Commerce or other mercantile & Public bodies throughout India & & advancement of export of herbs & herbal products.
  
  
• Assisting government authorities in appraisal of a plan for said goods as & when Called upon to do so.
  Preparing , editing , publishing , printing , issuing , acquiring , & circulating books , papers , periodicals, journals, gazettes , circulars , & other literature relating to or bearing upon industry , trade or commerce pertaining to herbs & herbal allied products.
  
  
• Enquiring & investigating into complaints received from foreign imports or Indian exports in respect of quality , description or any other particulars of herbs & herbals exported , or non- performance or non- observance of terms & conditions of contract relating to such export or other connected matter & advising the manufacturer or exporter of herbs & herbals.
  
  
• To participate in Domestic & International trade fairs of Industry specific & to motivate members for group & collective participation in such events with a sole motive to have better exposure related to the International trade.
